Partnering with local school districts, regions, private or public schools, and other organizations is invaluable! One such school we want to highlight is Primrose School in Irving. We have had the pleasure of training their staff recently as they fulfilled their training hours requried. Throughout our time together, we have focused on learning more about behavior issues and how to manage those in the classroom setting based on their needs at the school and some of the challenges they were facing. Jill Wooten, Behavioral Innovations BCBA and Regional Coordinator of Dallas and Garland/Rowlett, stated, “We spent time early on discussing What is Behavior?, What are the ABC’s?, What are antecedent interventions?, and What is reinforcement and how do I use it?. We went through numerous scenarios and hands-on practice to make the training more hands-on and interactive.”
This has been a great partnership for us and we look forward to the opportunity to continue growing our Education Services by partnering with other schools in the DFW, Tyler, San Antonio, and Austin areas. If you are interested in receiving training from Behavioral Innovations on the above mentioned topics or have other specific needs for your school or organization, please contact Chelsey Repokis at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 855.782.7822.
