Behavioral Innovations is seeking individuals who are highly energetic, dedicated and poses a passion for changing the lives of children with Autism. Clinical

Various clinical positions exist at Behavioral Innovations such as Therapists, Consultants or Site Coordinators for our center and home-based services. The educational requirements for such positions range from working toward a Bachelor's degree to possessing a Master's level degree in a related field. BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCaBA (Board Certified associate Behavior Analyst) certification is necessary for clinical management positions. Job responsibilities range from direct therapy with clients to managing a treatment program and/or staff.

Administrative

In the Administrative Department we employ staff to manage the daily operations of the treatment center as well as accounts receivable/payable. These positions range from Secretary to Administrative Coordinator.

Business Development

Our Business Development Department employs staff to evangelize and educate the public on Behavior Analysis and to share our message with families and professionals.

Certification Supervision

Behavioral Innovations provides a limited number of opportunities whereby individuals may receive supervision from one of our BCBA's that will count toward meeting the requirements for certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
