Community Support Services

Behavioral Innovations has long been committed to the community and provides direct support to local parent groups such as Families for Effective Autism Treatment (FEAT), local area churches by providing volunteer training, and also offering a Child-care training course for parents to help educate other family members as well as potential baby-sitters. BI has given numerous presentations on behalf of these groups and others in an effort to help expose as many people as possible to the needs of children with behavioral disorders and the benefits of Applied Behavior Analysis and Early Intervention. In addition, members of the BI staff are active participants in professional associations that promote national and state-wide awareness of Behavior Analysis. In 2006, BI was featured in a local NBC news report highlighting services in the DFW area entitled, "Autism Epidemic."

These services are either free to the community or offered for a nominal fee.
